Currently, we exclusively offer services within our domestic region. Due to the uncertainties in international freight services, we have temporarily suspended our international operations. This decision has been made to ensure uninterrupted service quality. We will be making updates to our website accordingly.
Shipping rates
We support both Standard delivery and Express delivery and can ship over $99.99 with the following postage calculations:

Delivery time
Our order processing time is 1-2 working days. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Sunday. Orders after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped next day (holiday extension). For Standard Delievery, product delivery time is 3 – 12 working days; for Express Delivery, it will be 1 – 5 working days.

Please pay attention to check whether the receipt information is correct before payment, and it cannot be changed after delivery.
Sales tax
The merchant bears sales tax, and the customer does not pay any tax.
But, since tax policies vary from region to region, we cannot provide specific taxes, and customers need to determine the particular taxes before purchasing. The customer bears all costs if the order is rejected because of taxes.
How do I track my order?
Please contact customer service for order information after shipment, if you have created a login account with us, you can track your order by logging directly into your account and accessing the order status page.
Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email (may take up to 48 hours) with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Orders are not processed for a long time
If the order has been processed for more than 10 working days, you can choose to have it reshipped to you as soon as possible or receive a $5 coupon as compensation.
What if the package takes too long to ship?
If you have not received the package for more than 60 calendar days, we will refund you, and you can choose to have it reshipped to you as soon as possible or receive a $8 coupon as compensation.
What if the package is lost in transit?
Sorry, we are not responsible for the loss of the package in transit; you can contact us and provide your order number, and we will help you find the logistics company to claim.
