Return shipping
For eligible returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product. WoodSaleFurniture is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
How do I cancel my order?
Generally, cancellation is supported within 30 minutes of placing an order, but not after 30 minutes because the order has been processed, and the package can not be retrieved. We will process your order cancellation request for you within 24 working hours. Your refund amount will be returned to the order account within 1-2 working days after the refund application is approved, depending on the payment method you used when placing the order.
Orders longer than 30 minutes will not be able to be canceled because they are already packed and cannot be found in the parcel pile.
Refund
Refunds generally process within 1-2 business days, depending on the payment method. If you need a refund, please contact us in time after the deadline.
